I've been using Firefox for years (since it was in early beta... back when it was called... and I practically had forgotten!.. "Phoenix". They had to change the name due to threat of letigation from the Phoenix BIOS chip maker).

Anyway, I'd highly highly recommend replacing Internet Explorer with Firefox so you get...

Tabbed browsing (have multiple web sites open in same window! CTRL-T opens a new tab - there's nothing better than being in two, three, or more places at once! ..all without cluttering up your desktop with more windows!)

Smarter Search (Google search built into the tool bar)

Small "footprint" (doesn't take up a lot of space on your system)

Download manager

To install, just click the "Get Firefox" button and click Download. Then run the installer. Now, stop using that IE icon... and use Firefox when you want to browse the web! Remember, CTRL-T opens a new tab, so you can be in multiple places on the web at once!
